A change of persecutive so the heads of the two dogs on the left are both clearly visible would be a start, the vignette may not even be needed but to have it encroaching the subjects in this shot is distracting more than focusing.
It's a fun scene that anyone with a dog can well relate to. However, I can only think of "hastily grabbed snapshot" when I see the open dishwasher door.
I'd love to see a bit more time taken to consider the surroundings and to set up the shot, including what Frank mentioned about perspective. And just think how much fun the dogs will have in the sessions :)

Three thoughts come to mind right off the bat. He doesn't look like he's sharing very much, only one tiny morsel is in view. The blur added in post has made the head of the principle subject blurry. I hope that idiot isn't going to give those dogs turkey bones. Every dog owner knows, or should know, that turkey and chicken bones can splinter and lodge in a dogs throat and kill it or require an expensive trip to the vet.
If I understand the forward regarding this photo you are saying this photo was the winner.
As already stated it appears to be a snapshot. I see no strategies to be learned here in regards to this photo.
Most everyone loves their pets, and I suspect this is what drew the votes for this to be a winner.
I believe I just opened the door for the wrath of dog lovers to pounce on my opinion.
