The other consideration regarding a safari in the coming year(s) is the possibility of terrorism either disrupting travel or disrupting YOU. I am thinking seriously about a trip to Africa next year but am now leaning towards southern Africa instead of Kenya/Tanzania.

We have been lucky enough to have done Kenya and Tanzania Safaris twice, two weeks actually on Safari and add on chill out places at the end.
The first was a 5 day trip to Mauritius and the second to the Seychelles.
Both of the holidays we went on were with `Kuoni`Travel and were excellent.
