During many Canada Day parades the Union Jack is most often seen carried and displayed by the Royal Canadian legion. As a member of the British commonwealth of Nations, during both world wars Canadian forces often fought under British led forces. I consider the red, white and blue of the British Union Jack a very beautiful flag!

Have a flag idea but need flags...LOL Will find a few. yours are great...

The Beaver could be considered to be the most Canadian of symbols except for the Maple Leaf. Canada was settled and developed in the early 1600's by the French, and the economy of New France ( Quebec) relied heavily upon the fur trade ( ie: beaver pelts)
This Canada Day parade entry did a wonderful job of honouring Canada's past!

This week Canada celebrated Canada Day and the US celebrates Independence Day. What is the UK’s national holiday??? (Showing my ignorance here…)

What can you find, in addition to flags, that uses one or more of the colors in one image (a monotone, 2 of 3 colors, all 3 etc.)? Looking forward to your creativity. Have fun celebrating.
