Bad to worse--it's a known fact the Gigantosaurus's favorite food was postal workers. Part of the reason the dinosaurs became extinct, too. With the postal employees all gobbled up, the mail stopped coming, so none of the dinosaurs got their bills, their power was shut off for non-payment, and without heat, most either froze to death that first winter or were arrested for being delinquent and died in debtor's prison.

It's quite true, tho they don't tell you that in History class.

Now that makes sense! We used to get two deliveries of mail a day, then it changed to one usually mid afternoon. It is obvious we have been slowly infiltrated in the UK by some new kind of beast who is going around gobbling up our postmen/women, I think we definitely need to be on red alert!! :(

Absolutely! You might consider signing up for online billing, too. Cover your bases, just in case. Wouldn't want to see you languishing in debtor's prison, would we? LOL

I think your Plutonium dinosaur may be in our area in Middle Tennessee. I abruptly woke up this morning to what sounded like rhythmic drums. Looked out the bedroom window and saw a rather large fella sitting on the ground fearsly scratching himself with his hind leg (the front ones are to short). Grabbed the camera and got off one shot...he then let off some flatulance that sounded like a bad F# note from a Tuba then disappeared into the heavy brush. Folks...be careful out there, not only are they dangerous...but they're itchy too. No tell'n what size flea's they have.

Ahhh...that's the spot, scratch right there...!

James, this is a disaster beyond imagining! There's no way the beast up here could have made to Tennessee so quickly, unless... Martian sent some of his fertilizer to UHH member Corolyn at her request, and she's down your way. You don't suppose... Jumping Jupiter, she must have opened up another warp in her own garden!!!

Oh, this is terrible!!!

And just where is that cat!? Of all times for him to go gallivanting off, when our very lives are threatened...

Keep a close eye out, James. And a piece of advice--if you happen to have a postal worker's uniform in your home, get rid of it. Quickly. They know.

Oh, and thanks for the warning about the fleas!

Good thing you stopped by... ; )

We can only hope, Angela, but I'm very worried. And where's Martian??? This is all his fault! He'd better show up with more than smile on his face...

You might be safe down on LI, but take no chances, and keep a check out your windows...

Good thing you stopped by, or you'd not have known about the danger we're all in... ; )

Thanks, Simon, and hopefully you're okay, but some of Martian's fertilizer was sent to Sylvia up in North Yorkshire, so don't be too sure you're safely out of danger! I'd have at least a tank and an artillery piece or two standing by, just in case, tho they're probably useless against such a formidable beast...

Thanks for your visit, and we'll keep you informed... ; )
