These were taken at a Train Museum just outside
of Yosemite National Park.

#3 has been restored. They were in the process
of restoring another one while I was there.

You can see them putting in new rivets.
They will be re-tubing the boiler at a later date.

This is a 5 car round house

A really fascinating series of photographs depicting the vintage steam locomotives and their restoration.
I do admire the people involved in this work.

Nice. I like seeing old things restored. That's got to be an expensive proposition.

I was really lucky they let me in the garage so I could get
a closer look. I really had a great time seeing this work.
