Not trying to hijack a thread...but has anyone had problems installing PSE 13 on w 7...in wont install on my 64 bit GATEWAY...have tried getting answers from Adobe...but I think my wife works there and wont talk to me
and yes I have disabled all the firewalls

Don't worry about hijacking a thread, but you're hurting your cause. Post a separate thread about this, and you will get direct responses to your problem.

I just received my copy I got from B&H on Wednesday but had no problems installing it. The number is on a sticker on the outside of the white box that the DVD are in. It is not on the paper sleeves. It is marker as the Serial Number on the sticker.

I got a copy of PSE 13 from B&H as well. The serial number is pasted on the back of the inner box
