I found the best night for us on the West Coast, So Cal this month.
Mon Apr 20, 9:18 PM 2 min 71° 23 above NW 71 above NNE for me and 47* for Lancaster.
It will be 71* above the horizon at a nice dark time after Celestial Twilight.
