Attic section

Just got a private message from admin that my post was moved to the attic section. Never seen an attic section on here. I give up.

On the main page, down at the bottom of the list you'll see "All Sections". Click on that and you'll find the Attic as well as a lot of other stuff you never heard of before.

To find the attic and all available forums you can subscribe to:
Click on "Home" at the top of this page.
Scroll down to last forum options and click on "All Sections".
This is a list of all of the UHH forums available for all users.
Subscribe to any that are of interest.

Posts get moved all the time. I try to put mine in the right section, but they still get moved.
The Attic is a new section, cut away from Chit-Chat. Chit-Chat became a viscous area of name-calling and quasi political debate. In a word, it was horrible. I never went there.
The Attic was recently begun as a place for discussing topics that are controversial and likely to get people all worked up.
Now Chit-Chat is reserved for topics that are non-photographic and non-offensive.

Often,many people go to the attic to share thoughts and ideas that are sometimes best not aired "publicly" in the name of decency or generally accepted social behavior. Some are interested in photography and some are not. Some act stupidly and some are not acting. The important thing is that one need not access this section unless desired. :-)

Every once in a while a good rational debate breaks out, but its generally a war zone. Typical fights are Conservatives vs Liberals or Atheists vs Religionists.
Those wars seldom stay rational.

Rational debate...in The Attic or rather, The Sewer even those are usually short lived, and descend into personal abuse. For some Hogs there is no insult which is off limit.
I must admit that The Sewer does exert a certain fascination.
