The video would have gone to the legal system for possible charges of indecent behavior with a minor present - along with a copy to all the news media outlets both local and national (CNN / 20-20 / 60-Min / Fox / MSNBC / ABC / NBC / CBS). Following that, a demand that he resign. I've also watched other video clips of him - what a "character" you have for a mayor - my condolences...
