Other than the manual that ships with it, does anyone know of any other in-depth manual I can order? I downloaded the kindle version, Canon 7D Mark II Experience from Amazon but I prefer something that I can read and study and refer to as I'm shooting. Any help will be appreciated!

Google may be your friend. Looks like an OK site but YMMV, I did not try the dl.

Hope it works for you.

This one is different and more in-depth than the one that ships with it, right?

I download the .PDF that is on the site. it is easier to read and I also go on youtube and ask specific questions looking for tutorials.
Also check the site MIKE THE MAVEN for his work.

I've bought one of these:

http://www.amazon.com/David-Buschs-Compact-Field-Guide/dp/1305629663/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1421321992&sr=8-4&keywords=david+busch+canon+7d&pebp=1421322002299&peasin=1305629663

Pretty detailed, with very fine print. Not quite pocket-sized, but will fit in most bags. seems pretty comprehensive. At $15+, a bit pricey.

His field guides are terrific, but the full versions of David Busch's books have far more content. Here a link to Amazon.

There doesn't seem to be many available now. It takes several months for books to be published for new equipment. Amazon is selling one book that is available now:

http://www.amazon.com/Canon-Mark-Experience-Photography-Operation-ebook/dp/B00R58CF7G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1421327630&sr=8-1&keywords=books+on+canon+7d+mark+ii

Remaining books will be available within a couple of months.
