Use a tripod and show us the results. Your sensor was in motion when this image was captured from it. When a zoom is at it's max focal length it is highly susceptible to motion. The motion caused by the shooter's breathing can cause camera shake. The current flood of super-zooms has people thinking long range shooting is easy to do. It is, if you don't mind blurred photos.

Definitely looks like slight camera vibration (shake). next time use tripod and wireless or wired shutter release.

Two things strike me. 1) are you on single point focus? 2) It seems to me that you could have been at a distance where you could open your aperture and lower your ISO and maybe increase your shutter speed a little.
