Portraits in the snow

We've had snow, lots of it, falling steady and blowing, for two days.
As it ended the wind also died down and the birds were out again -- an opportunity to take portraits with a clean background.
Here are a few.

About the last -- about 20 minutes after daylight it was shot at ISO 6,400, about 50 feet away.

Excellent shots! That wild turkey looks fairly well fed. The wilds around my neighborhood are pretty thin and scrawny.

We had a very good growing season this Summer and there was no shortage of food for them.

One thing about an over cast day is that we don't need to worry about harsh lighting.
