Nikon 200-400 VR1 lens

I am selling this fine lens to help fund for a VR2.
I just need the little extra stop for lower light events.
This is an incredibly sharp and fast focusing lens.
It is in excellent condition.
There is only one small rub mark on the lens collar and
thats it. I do not have the owners manual.
I do have the original box it shipped with via Nikon.
It also includes a RRS lens foot, also the orig (unused).
I initially had it sold, but never received the funds for it.
$3800 plus shipping and paypal

looks like a relabled tamron lens

That's a great looking lens did you actually use it? You should have no problem getting your asking price.

Yes I did use it for most of my NFL and college football games this year
so far. In fact, I also have the 400 VR 2.8 lens that I use some of the time,
but its pretty dang heavy, especially since I had a health issue with my heart,
which btw is much better now.
This one is the VR1 and not the VR2 version.
I just feel in my mind that I have to justify buying the newer VR2 bc
I want that Nano Coated and newer lens.
