Canon 7Dmkll, who will be the first poster on UHH?

By the time the sun rises on the West Coast, some of you will have already received your new cameras and be out shooting!
Lets see who can post the first decent shot. I don't mean one of your dog sleeping. I mean get out of the house and go at least a mile and shoot something you would be proud to show us.
Show us something that uses the capabilities of that camera. Like a cyclist coming straight at you, or a bird flying at you.
How about a high ISO street shot? Tomorrow night some low-light Trick-or-Treaters! I want to see that -3EV in action.
Lets see you put that beast through it's paces!! :lol: :thumbup:
Post'em here and give us the specs so we can compare them all. Good luck.

It won't be me.
My new 7D is not expected until Monday. And UPS sometimes comes late so if I can get it fairly well set up and ready to go Monday night, then I'll head out to the marsh on Tue. and hope I see something worthwhile to photograph.
Prior to that, my first photo will be the cat who will likely be sleeping. :)

I wish people would stop posting all these threads about the 7DII. It's getting harder and harder for me to justify NOT ordering one! Then, of course, I will just have to have a 70-200 f/2.8 II to go with it! So much for the wife's Christmas gift! I suppose I could buy the camera and then give her the lens as a gift! :)

Life certainly is not fair! I did indeed order it on day one but B&H ships UPS and I just checked the tracking and my box is currently in Baltimore which means I get it Monday. :(
I hope I *find* something good to shoot on Tue. Those dopey birds and gators better be out and they better be doing interesting stuff if they know what's good for them! :hunf:

Some got their cameras on the 30th.
Remember that your 7dl batteries will work, for some no need to even charge the bat!!

When you get yours let me know if it is worth upgrading from the 7d. I also have the 5d MIII. I will be going to Africa in Feb. 2015 and would not want to miss something if the new 7dii would be that much better. Thanks
