As a retirement gift I have received a gift cert from a large photographic supplier. £500 !!!!

I have a Nikon Df and a D750 on the way - lenses 50mm 1.8 , 24-70 2.8, 16-35 4, 105 2.8, 70-300 tamron 4 vc, 85 1.4 Samyang manual. 910 flash .

My colleagues know i'm a camera nut and although I tried to drop hints about 'I'm not sure I need anything photowise ' - here it is a big voucher! what would you go for ?

Maybe put it towards a new flash, tripod head or such? That really is a question only you can answer, You're the one that knows what tickles your fancy!

I'd have to say a good tripod if you don't already have one.

Maybe cancel the D750 and take the D810 instead?

WOW!!!!
I don't know what to say other than "Happy retirement." 8-)
You seem really well set-up with equipment. Maybe a vest or bag, a teleconverter, a fish eye or tilt shift lens.

Some good options here - many thanks . I like the big zoom and the decent tripod option . Also go for the 810 except main reason I changed from 600 to 750 is the flexible lcd (something I really miss from an earlier Nikon (d5200?) . Plane ticket - now there's a thought !!!! I wonder if..................

TILT... Paris? Pizza?

We have to question your mental stability. You'll be selling up and becoming a Nikonista next....

Congratulations on your retirement. Maybe try mirrorless, let’s say Fuji X-T1, it looks VERY tempting.

Enjoy your retirement! How about a good compact camera for the times when you don't want to shlep the big DSLR?

Consider what you shoot and how you shoot. Now look at your arsenal of equipment. What's missing? Not missing any needed equipment? Take a course or go on a photo tour.

This is a good problem to have. :-)

If you give a sense of the kinds of photography you enjoy, it may help give better suggestions. For example, for macro perhaps a rail system if you already have a good tripod? For birds in flight, perhaps a gimbal head?
