joined the google social network site, specifically photography interests and I'm like "really? how do these folk produce these photos"
I guess it's money, talent, training, motivation, etc......
Not sure what you are getting at...
Are they good? Bad?
*Puzzled*

Yes, but not in that order: motivation, talent, motivation, training, motivation, talent, motivation, money. :-)
Phil Dumfey "Modern Family" says the key to success is 90% perspiration, 10% inspiration and 5% attention to detail.
Same way you get to Carnegie Hall...practice, practice, practice. Experiment, learn what different settings and post processing can accomplish. See what happens when you take the same pic with different f-stop, exposure time, or iso. Photography is mostly about the light, and different settings present the light in different ways.
Have you been to the web site of some of our members? You might be really surprised at the talent you are surrounded by within UHH.

Many years of experience which can be translated as practice, practice, practice.

Pageva, we of course all have our opinions on this.
Mine?: money has absolutely NOTHING to do with it.
And training has more to do with it than talent, but they are pretty intertwined. It would be difficult to reach your potential without training in some way.
I would not weigh motivation so highly, as a desire to do well, in and of itself may not help much either.
You need to be trained to see composition, though the talented see it better, and have more vision than others. ;-)
