I raised a question of legality. When a parent says 'ok. you can take picture of my child'. No problem there BUT... Would they say OK if they had known that the pictures were to be published on the WEB then soiled as they have been?

The answer was: I have good lawyers, the OP is sole responsible for his/her post.

That was the end of it, for me.

Well, on that. I was reading an article about it...

It seems that it is only recently that we 'demand' a full night sleep. A century ago sleep was interrupted during the night and folks were doing chores, visiting other folks in the middle of night before going for the 'other half' of their sleep.

Maybe if you adotp this patern, you feel better and more rested instead of getting stressed over a few winks lost?

I test it by the way. When I wake up in the middle of the night I get out of bed, read or do other things until the need for sleep comes again. No stress. It works.

I do not assume that at all. The circumstances are clear. A mall is not public property. Getting a so -called ok is phony and invalid. Professional Photographers know this. People expect some form of privacy when taking the kid(s) to the mall. According a former correctional officer and a poster here the perverts are in the malls and public parks. 30000 are registered in Florida alone. Some, use a camera as a stalking tool. 15000+ on this forum do not stalk young kids in malls. They know better. 30 are bad apples that need cleaning up, ackording to Baldy.

In a mall it is totally illegal to sneak snap shots of children and phony up to the parents. Does that make any difference to you? Professionals know that.
Lets do a survey and see who is right. Do most parents with children visiting a mall like or not like unsolicited photographers roaming the mall?
