From what I read recently I believe the Washington R**SKINS have a very difficult decision to make. If they do not change the name of their football team Harry Reid will never again come to their games !!!!!

What to do -- What to do ??

Editor's Note: Please notice I am now "a regular here". Yea for me :-D

Why would anyone care if Harry ever goes to another Redskins game or not. If he wants to use his absence as a form of protest to make a political statement that's certainly his choice. I'd suggest that he's far more interested in the publicity than he is in the issue.

We used to have a team here in town called the Redskins and they buckled and changed their name to the Red Hawks. I have not went to a game since. You just gotta say "enough" sometimes.

I thought in the future we'd have to say 'Photo in Color' or 'Photo devoid of color' so as not to offend

They should change it to the "Greenskins" for all the money they make.

Which is politically correct, People of C*l*r, or People of C*l*ur?

Can we call this process of substituting vowels with symbols to prevent offending someone as having a Vowel Movement?

I for one am happy that the Washington NFL team will likely have to change their name. The R-word is very disparaging and offensive to all Native Americans and you wachito don't seem to understand that.

I propose that, to honor all Native Americans and in a sincere and honest apology for their offensive team name all these years, they change it to a respectful name that signifies Native American heritage and honor. I suggest they change the name to one that best describes Native Americans today.

I suggest: The Washington Alcoholics.
