Thank you for all your help. Hate to keep bugging you. Was finally able to get the PSE 10 off the computer. However, when I insert the PSE 10 disc 1 in the computer, it opens Picasa and shows the installer like a picture that is not clickable. I have tried looking for a .exe or an installer file and have had no luck. Appreciate any more help.

Cancel that and open Explorer and find the "setup" executable file. Double click that and it should ask you if you want to install. You can also change the default setting of your computer so that when you put in a disc it doesn't assume you want Picasa to open it. Click on the start button and help. It's easy to browse or lookup a help topic.

The PSE 10 is uninstalled. With disc 1 in the computer it still won't recognize it or do anything. I had my wife try it in her computer and it still doesn't do anything. I have contacted Adobe's forum but no answer yet. Probably try another software. Wasn't too happy when they stopped letting you put new contacts in your contact book.

Is disc 1 the right disc. Included now are discs for both Mac and window and sometimes a 3rd disc for trial programs.

Thanks to everyone. Have tried everything. Contacted Adobe Forum but haven't heard anything yet. My wife tried to install it on her computer but still wouldn't do anything. Probably get a different software. Haven't been too happy since they stopped letting you put new contacts in the Contact Book. Thanks again.

Try executing the "Run" option from your start menu.
Enter A:\Setup in the command line. This may start you installation. Some discs don't automatically start installations.
Good Luck.
