The Dims need to keep it that way. Then they can dangle the carrot in front of the mule with false promises of "Hope and Change" and keep their mass of uneducated voters plodding along.

Hope in one hand and <defecate> in the other. Observe which hand fills up first.

I know the feeling. It's usually preceded by too many brewskis. I call it TWI. Typing while intoxicated. That may not be the case but I've sent plenty of emails that I wish I hadn't while in that condition.

Watch it pounder, if that behavior continues, the libs will be trying to draft a new law to give tickets TWI. AFter all, we can't have drunk people on the web....

I see things SO differently. Rather than name calling, it think it's useful to ask why monetary policy is what it is. You think monetary policy would have been any different under Romney. I think not. I think the president is just a front man and there is little substantive difference between the parties. Both answer to the wealthiest power brokers. Obama is a Republican in blackface. The big players call the shots, which is why not a single Wall Street perpetuator of fraud was charged and convicted. The free movement between the private finance sector and the White House, which is no worse during the Obama admin than the Bush admin (and is deplorable), guarantees that Wall Street calls ALL the shots. Adam Smith said that the Merchant and Manufacturing classes (and I would add the Banking class, i.e. money changers) will always get their needs met, no matter the cost to everyone else. You think that wouldn't have happened under a Republican administration?

And it was a cliff we needed to be pushed over. And we need to repeat that action until the idiots in Congress either wake up or are thrown under the bus. How much longer do you think this bull shit (by both parties) can go on until this country implodes? We're going to have to start from scratch. There's really not a single person in Congress that has any interest but re-election. Nice cushy job once you get there. And you have a "community organizer"( whatever the hell that is ) as a a supposed President and a bumbling fool VP. Then look at the rest of the "chain of command". What a f..king joke.

Yep pounder, it is one big joke. Unfortunately, many of us are not laughing as the jokers in office are (all the way to the bank).

Which republicans are we talking about?

I don't think that it would be any different under the gang currently running the GOP -- the Rockefeller-Nixon-Ford-Bush-Rove-McCain-Romney-Boehner-McConnell wing of the party than under the democrooks. I never could really tell the difference-- I guess I never got my copy of the scorecard.

The tea-party wing? Maybe, but I personally think that the rot is too pervasive. Stranger things have happened, though, and I wish them luck.

ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR TO YOU? LIKE MAYBE IT'S IN THE HEADLINES EVERY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2014 IS A "HUGE" GET OUT THE VOTE YEAR

All in a day's work, according to Obama, who took advice and training from Saul Alinsky.

How to create a social state by Saul Alinsky:

There are 8 levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a social state. The first is the most important.

1) Healthcare - Control healthcare and you control the people.

2) Poverty - Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.

3) Debt - Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.

4) Gun Control - Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.

5) Welfare - Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income.

6) Education - Take control of what people read and listen to and take control of what children learn in school.

7) Religion - Remove the belief in God from the Government and schools.

8) Class Warfare - Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to tax the wealthy with the support of the poor.

Does any of this sound like what is happening to the United States?

Wabbit got suspended for a post involving a bear. Not an animation this time. I'll have to admit that after seeing it, it was probably bad judgement on his part. I don't think it deserved the "death penalty" on UHH but that's not for us to decide.

I missed it to. Had to ask about the situation and do a little digging. A user in GB forwarded me the image. As I stated before I think our friend Wabbit used bad judgement on that one.
