HA! This is good. My dad LET me buy a "Circle Magic" toy spy camera. It came with a 6 pack of 1/2 frame 35mm film. After 3 rolls, it broke in half Pictures were similar to a Diana...warped, blurry etc. But it had an Oklahoma warranty so I think my Mother finally through it away.

The worst I ever had was a CVS digital. I never even dropped it off for developing the pics. And I strongly disagree about Fuji. My first real digital was a fuji. I still have it and, after 10 years or so, it still works and takes good pics. Its been through a lot of punishment but it is ready in a moments notice.

With almost 7 billion people on the planet and an untold number of cameras having been made through the years, I doubt everyone will agree with everything posted here or on the other parts of the forum !

An Oklahoma warranty? I'm a native Texan and have never heard that one...... Probably related to an Aggie is my first assumption.

My first camera was one of those little box Brownie cameras. I loved it. It did everything it was supposed to. Worst would be the Nikon I recently purchased & returned. I don't even remember the model..... It is that forgettable.

"Oklahoma Warranty" is, when the item breaks in half, you get to keep both parts, eg: no warranty

My worst one, bar none was a vivitar. About 40 years ago, I bought my wife one of those thin little vivitars that produced teensie negatives. I spent $50 because I wanted her to have a good one. The quality of the images was awful. I then bought her a small Olympus for about the same money which was quite good.

I never met a camera I didn't like. They all magically capture a moment of life in different ways....

I don't ever recall having a bad camera, they all performed in accordance with their quality. Some better than others, but all of them provided me with delight.

If I had to pick one, it would be a Yashica Electro 35. I tried to revive it from the dead, at too much expense. But that was my fault, sometimes its best to let dead dogs lie. :)

I am with some others as well. I think my worst one was my first real camera. It was some kind of digital camera that had no screen only a viewfinder. It took one AAA battery to run, it would hold up to 90 photos I think, and it was about 2 or 3 inches square. But if you ran the battery down or took the battery out after taking pics and not downloading to the computer first the camera erased them. So I took it on a trip filled up the camera on the way home and didn't touch it again. We got home a few hours later and I went to immediately download; well the battery had drained itself and I lost all my pics. I was mad, but now I cherish the pics I have from it because I took a lot of pics on the practice field during band in the mornings when I was in high school and I got a lot of candid moments with it. The quality is bad on them, but if it weren't for that camera I might not have gotten into photography.

By far, was a Fuji Finepix S8000. Who ever was in charge of quality control must have been on vacation. The mode control knob broke, took it back to the dealer, and he could see the plastic was full of air bubbles. I got it replaced, and within a couple of months the same problem. Fuji then said it was out of warranty, my problem. Moved up to Nikon and no problems. Motto: NEVER BUY FUJI PRODUCTS.

I have a friend who purchased an early Fuji "pro" camera - one that used Nikon lenses. He had the thing on a studio tripod when the lens mount broke, dropping his lens to the floor. Very bad news.

Koni- Omega Rapid 100.
A true Frankencamera! ( but capable of some great images)
http://compare.ebay.com/like/230608488065?var=lv<yp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&_lwgsi=y

Next worse was the Graflex XL, with it's wonderful Zeiss lenses. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Graflex-XL-CARL-WEISS-PLANER-80mm-Lens-/320809917774? That camera kept breaking, kept our maintenence man busy- we replaced all of them with Mamiya C-330's when I was working as a high school intern at the base photo lab in the Philippines.

Both cameras had great image quality- that big negative was amazing, once you got a good one.

I didn't own them but they were the cameras the USAF decided we needed.

As far as Fuji's go- the Fuji S5 ( Nikon D200 with Fuji sensor) is a great protrait camera. Fuji got the sensor right on this one, jpegs right out of the camera are fantastic once you get it dialed in. Fuji made/makes great film and that quality and knowledge transferred to digital. No longer made, unfortunately.

It wasn't a bad camera, but, I purchased a 3d camera back in early eighties. I don't remember the brand name. I had to order the film and then had to send it away to CA for processing. I took about 3 rolls. Pictures were not too bad. They produced like the 3d moving cards back then. Problem, the co went out of business and I lost my last roll of film when I sent it in for processing. All the others I had were great teachers.
