Other than one jumper, this was all I could find today.

Love #1. What is it? I'd like to get one and focus-stack it. Also #3, is that some kind of carnivorous plant?

And incredible mushroom!

You ask such hard questions! I have no idea what it is. They are all annuals. #3 is a tiny blossom on an annual plant. We have a bridge of flowers in town and this is where I found these. If I get a chance, I'll get a larger picture of both in the next day or two.

Ah sorry! I thought they might be from your own garden. I'm an urban dweller-- and don't have much space...

I just found out that the first one is a zinnia. There is a full size pic of it on my flickr page.

Very nice CC, in these photos you can see the benefit of your ringlight. All subjects are well illuminated. A bit difficult to get the head on flower-well illuminated like you did with a diffused overhead flash. First flower quickly caught my eye but my favorite is the mushrooms, quite a mystical feel with the moss. All the photos are well composed.

Thanks, everyone. I do like the ring flash lighting on the mushrooms, as I found them in the woods where it was quite dark.

I like them all, especially the mushroom. Well done.

Was there any stacking done? My macros don't have the same DOF.

Thanks, dalematt. No, I haven't tried stacking yet - still trying to perfect the macro.

Well you sure nailed the focus on those mushrooms-- I can see where it falls off-- but it certainly doesn't detract from the photo. Very well done.
