Photoshop CC Issue. Please Help.

Rudy, I have this problem and the Adobe tech took off all CS6 and updated me to CC and no problems yet. I also run on a MAC so I'm not familiar with PC issues. Sorry

The Adobe tech was searching for a problem with the Adobe software, not the Microsoft Platform it was running on. He did his job. Keeping the platform up to date is a user issue.

I updated all my drivers and all is well. CS6 and CC both work.
