funny, coming from a guy who claims to be a Christian and a ex-cop to boot...hoot hoot! Sinman, you need to just get over yourself already...

Old Salt, if you read the very 1st post on this thread the original photographer of the stolen pictures had a water mark and the thief removed his water mark and placed his own on the photos. Any photos and really anything posted on the internet is subject to theft. TNmike
Removal of the watermark/exif data and reposting is a violation of the law.

Wonder what the Admins are waiting for?
Excellent find! Based on this article, I have started a new FAQ entitled
FAQ: How are my photographs legally protected? at
http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-140083-1.htmlI have temporarily left this FAQ unlocked, so any UHH member may add other legal precedence, as found on the internet. We are NOT looking for opinions. Eventually, all relevant cites will be added to original post, and it will be locked to prevent any further, direct contributions on this particular FAQ. We will add newly found, pertinent website URLs, as they are found and brought to my attention, as Forum Manager.

Joe,
Just heard about the theft. Very bad. I wonder how somebody could post it on the same site without thinking that there would be consequences. Too bad you have to have this annoyance. I almost feel sorry for him - can't you just take your own pictures and be proud of something you did yourself, no matter how they come out?

As I said earlier, I think the individual got EXACTLY what he/she wanted. I don't think there was ever any belief that they wouldn't be 'caught'. This thread, and all the subsequent publicity that goes with it, is the very reason he/she re-posted the pics as their own. They also believe that they can't be identified. Time will tell on that one.
If they can 'steal' a photo, they can also steal a fake identity.
The word "Castration" comes to mind.

Being female is enough of a penalty.
Did I say that out loud?
