Think... No one was in danger of loss of life or profound injury until GZ pulled a gun.

And, they were several feet from any concrete.

So not having been in the court, not having listened to all the evidence and the arguments, you are going to armchair quarterback and disrespect this jury?

What makes you such a legal authority? Did the prosecution prove their case? No matter what you may think, no matter how much you assume or opine on this case, the fact still remains that our laws demand that the prosecution prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt.

Can you say that happened in this case?
