Oh yeah, talking about Idiot at large...anyone posting junk like this has to have their head down a hole, without any consideration for respect to others, including common sense and dignity. And to think you would actually and publicly publish such nonsense. You know, when you post such trash you only show your insensitivity.

Guess you were never a GI... Maybe a Cub Scout.

Is this from the only naive jerk left in Florida? If Obama would show some common sense and dignity he might get a little respect. I would assume you also were never a GI.

And what moronic war did he start?
A war that cost the USA trillions of dollars and multi thousands of lives lost.
A war that had no reason at all, a war that was started on the basis of lying to the public and a war that destroyed a country.

Everyone seems to forget that we were ALL, Reps and Dems, behind Bush after 9/11. And that the beginning of the financial crisis started with Clinton's mandate on sub-prime housing.

thanks for posting this link. I do not remember Reagan saluting members of the armed forces but do remember Bush doing it and my thought then was what the hell is he doing and why, he is not in the military now even though he is the commander in chief. He did not earn the right to do this and neither has Obama. Having served I do not like them doing this. If Johnson had done this while I was in the service I probably would have been upset with him too for doing that. Having said that saluting in the military is a sign of respect for the rank which is why the military salutes the Commander in Chief.

During Cuomo's tenure as HUD Secretary (Under Clinton), he called for an increase in home ownership.[10] He also pushed government-sponsored lenders Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to buy more home loans issued to poor homeowners, in an attempt to end discrimination against minorities.[6] Some believe that this helped lead to the current subprime mortgage crisis.[6][10][11] Edward J. Pinto, former chief credit officer at Fannie Mae, said "they should have known the risks were large. Cuomo was pushing mortgage bankers to make loans and basically saying you have to offer a loan to everybody."[10]

Democrats's mantra: "We are all equal!" No we're not.

This pretty much sums up Obama;s respect for the military.

Any president is surrounded by GIs with patent leather shoes and GI haircuts who do nothing but look good. The haven't touched a rifle since basic training, and if they are musicians in the marines, they didn't go to basic.

Some do nothing but funerals.

Before geo bush, it wasn't considered appropriate for the president to salute, since he wasn't actually in the military--remember, civilian authority over the military.

If you want to get upset--and you should--there are many more important issues to debate.

Obviously you are another person who has never served. First of all, those who protect the president are US Marines.

The "GIs", as you so eloquently refer to those who "Only do funerals" or just "play in a band" - primarily here in DC, are members of the US Army THIRD INFANTRY DIVISION (AKA- The Old Guard) The most decorated military unit in the US. It's a privilege for a GI to be assigned to the Old Guard. I weaqnt to see how you could handle the summer heat and humidity in a Dress Blue (formal) uniform to play in that band, provide official full military honors at a funeral and ALSO guard the Tomb of ther Unknowns.

Every military person from Marines to Navy to Army -- AND Coast Guard for that matter --has gone through basic training. They don't even know what the military occupational specialty (MOS) is going to make them a band member, an infantry man, or any other specialty until they complete Basic Training.

Get your head out of YOUR ass and honor those that have taken an oath to die for YOUR sorry ass if necessary !!!!! YES that also includes those band members, honor guards, cooks and anyone else wearing a military uniform.

Then you can go back and drink your Starbucks, drive your PC car, and eat raw veggies.

It is sad when people are so disrespectful of the man who represents our country and use such gutter language. Speaks more of those who make such use of this kind of language than for the President. How you talk/write says what you are.

Selective feelings here ole sarg. But I have to say it takes an ass hole to know another perceived ass hole.
I am a Republican and never in my life called a president that particular word. Even if I didn't like them, I respected the office they held. My conclusion is, we are breeding more ass holes with every generation. Those who are unable to show respect for their presidents have absolutely no respect for anybody else. But like any other idiot they expect it from others.
