Exactly! I would rather be lucky than good: I can practice to get better, but I can do nothing to improve my luck.

Exploit the luck! Submit to nature mags, bird mags, and reptile mags.

Susan - http://www.outdoorphotographer.com/contests.html is having contest right now....but I'd suggest submitting to National Geographic or Audobon directly. Outstanding, once in a lifetime capture!

Beautiful set! I would love to know what the hawk was thinking as the snake was curling up his leg. Some of the facial expressions are comical - at least to my mind. Thanks for posting them.

Great Stuff! Not your typical sight out there. It probably happens pretty regularly, but I'm sure it's usually over pretty damn fast. My heart is pounding just thinking of being in that situation.... Awesome job :thumbup:
