Tripod collar for Tamron 70-300 lens

None are available from Tamron. You might want to consider finding a local machine shop and they can custom craft one for you.

The challenge is that the 70-300 extends at the front, which is the part that you are looking to support. This is going to be hard to do. I would suggest that the drooping front barrel is a minor matter, and you will get good results regardless. I wouldn't worry about not having a collar.
