Very nice pieces. We have a lot of talented people on UHH, wish I was one of them.

Well, if you won't sell your big fish, I'll settle for your gorgeous Raku bowl. Karenn, if you haven't already, I expect you will develop quite a following.

Just a small example of my life, without my camera. The other side of me. Yes I know there are shadows and the background might not be perfect. But I needed to get some work examples on my laptop. So here goes.....

Wow Karenn! Your work is amazing.

I just got a wheel last October and "play with clay" when I have time. A friend, who's been doing ceramics for many years, and I get together almost every week and make things. She has a couple of cone 5 kilns and fires the things I keep. Most of my creations end up back in the clay pile for recycling. It's a great way to relieve stress.

Yes it is very relaxing and I find the only moment of stress is opening the kiln door, hoping all has survived. Glad you enjoyed and keep playing with clay, I love it.

Love Raku, I am planing a Pit firing on a property we have and weather permitting should be ready in a few months time. It is not a simple process, but worth it. Look forward to your post. Give me a PM so I don't miss it.

You have some beautiful work here Karenn which you need to get out there.

Like the 1st one and the cube re-assembled, some of the others are so fine must take you a long time to get them as perfect as that

I love working with ceramics. The first, I am about to do another special firing for. Takes some time to make, prepare and get all the necessary materials for the firing. I have sold many in the past and will continue to do so, for I love this medium. I also love what you do with the photography, it is very special, you should be proud.

sounds like you are enjoying your wheel. This is one of my raku pots. Hope to do a pit fire later on in the year. Keep up the good work
