The opportunity to take photographs happens all the time but there are times when it is just not possible and this was one of those times, I was lying in my hospital bed looking out of the window, the sun was gently going down behind a huge black cloud
which i suddenly realised was in the shape of a huge Alligator with his jaws open the sun which by now was totally behind the cloud gave the edges of alligator a red glow, I watched it slowly alter to just cloud when right in the middle the face of a demon with red eyes and smiling mouth seemed to be looking right at me it had no horns but sure looked demonic, I was there for several more days but never saw anything like that again, as for my camera i doubt if i could have picked it up let alone use it.

Yes, we have all had moments like that. You are obviously back home now and hopefully well on the road to recovery.

If your better, welcome back, if not get well soon.

Yep, that is why having a P&S molded into a cast on you arm etc would come in handy! Or perhaps you could buy the same drug on the street and be ready with your DSLR!!! Or go to a police station and they will sketch it out from your description.... then issue an APB to have that creature brought in.... it, and perhaps you should not be on the lose!! There in England they have been dealing with those problems historically. Surly Ann Boleyn thought the same way or saw the same cloud formations from that window in that Tower in London... or perhaps just after her head left her body.

Had such an experience at sea once - not the same image, but a once only picture. Had another - went out back one night and the city lights bouncing off the clouds prompted me to get my new Minolta to see what it would do. Pointed at the sky, snapped the picture and ...

I see a face - lots of hair and a moustace

Oldmalky, you never know what sort of response you are going to get here. Always a surprise.

Anyway, I hope all goes well next month, May Day tomorrow and that you recover quickly. Are you going to take your P&S this time? Then we can all see out of your window.

Wishing you a very speedy recovery.
