While using a large aperture, and wanting the flower in focus and the background out of focus, try first shutter pressure on the subject, shift the camera onto the scene you want and push the second pressure. I use this method a lot. Good luck.

I too prefer not to take chemical drugs but I'll take anything to relieve pain so I'm with you. Did you know that Colloidal Silver will kill 500 or so pathogens? It's tasteless, very cheap and incredibly effective against inflammation. I've just written about it to another member, Bushymonster -

Bear it in mind that even doctors will tell you only chemical drugs have been tested and work.

To help avoid fluoride try to get a supply of water from a spring or a stream that doesn’t run through farmland. (Avoids fertilisers and excrement.)

I know it sounds easy but try to grow, by whatever means, your own green veges and stuff yourself with them. Or buy organically grown. Raw for preference. Juicing is a great way to do it. Spinach needs only enough heat to wilt it as compared with silverbeet, which takes a fair bit of cooking, and it’s easy to grow in buckets or anything.

Take minerals – either from the Utah salt lake (3 drops per kg body weight) or about half a whiskey shot-glass of sea water per day. And it can be taken at once or spread out through the day. Or added in various drinks or food (in case there's a taste you're not too fond of!) That way you get every mineral in the Periodic Table. They have a synergistic effect on vitamins and other micronutrients – everything works better. Google ‘effect of minerals on enzymes’.

http://www.mineralresourcesint.com/basic/the-advantages-of-concentrated-mineral-drops-as-a-source-of-dietary-minerals

http://www.traceminerals.com/research/humanhealth

Since 1969 as analytical methods have improved, a total of 80 elements have been verified to be in seawater and the brine of Utah’s Great Salt Lake. Because water only carries minerals one way, i.e., away from soil and towards the seas of the earth, the soils have gradually become minerally deficient, while at the same time the seas have become minerally enriched.

For the fluoride build-up I’d make enquiries about Intravenous Lipospheric Vitamin C and if you find someone who can/will do it for you talk in terms of about 5grams – that’s 5,000 mg! The recommended 50 mg per day is only enough to keep scurvy at bay. Certainly nowhere near enough to knock a cold back. You might need only one dose but you might need a lot more. And it’s a LOT better than the best you can buy from a pharmacy. Very good for toxins which means fluoride!

https://vimeo.com/32285142 - This is ASTONISHING!

There’s more but that’ll make a good start for you. Hope you see some improvement soon.

Quote "Thanks a lot for the prayers and the ointment. Sorry to hear about you and your sister. We hope it don't go south. They did surgery yesterday and said it looked good and will do surgery to irrigate it Friday and Monday and them the dreaded nursing home.
-Bushy"

Bushy - thanks for the kind thought.

A year ago I got a severe red infection in the back of my thigh. Started on Friday so couldn't see a doc 'til Monday. Spent a week in hospital on intravenous antibiotics. It took a week and I left with antibiotic pills to continue the improvement.
Then a few months later got the same again on a Monday and wound up with a luer in my elbow and got i/v antibiotics locally for a week 'til the spread stopped then was dealt a follow-up course of pills. Took another week.
Then, a month later, got it again on the other thigh but this time was advised to try Colloidal Silver cream. Applied it at 6pm and by next 8am it had reduced slightly and was gone two days later, having applied it twice a day. Very disappointed to have missed another week on the intravenous line!

My sister (100 km away) got an ulcer under her big toe after 40 years as a Type 2 diabetic. Into Hospital for 2 weeks on intravenous antibiotics then transferred to a bigger hospital in Tauranga where I live. Very swollen and infected foot and incredible pain. The FAKT amputated two toes. The infection and pain persisted and increased and she was told the foot would probably have to be amputated. She was in so much pain she said that to bypass the pain of the infection (that was by now up to her ankle and was too delicate even to endure having cream applied) suggested amputation just below the knee. The hospital staff and the surgeon (the same FAKT) agreed, encouraging the idea and I went ballistic.
My brother and I ganged up on her with the result that she accepted a topical application of Colloidal Silver over all the infection redness except the bandaged part of her foot. Next morning there was the faintest reduction in the infected area and the Fairly Accurate Knife Thrower declared the antibiotics to have "kicked in." After six weeks at two four-hour sessions per day! Every day! Even my sister, who prays to hospital staff in general and registered doctors in particular, recognised incompetence and ignorance when it was displayed so blatantly.
So she's still taking the silver orally every day. But her faith in them in all the other aspects remains. Not sure why! Then the Clostridium Difficile they had so generously given her by way of uninterrupted administration of antibiotics started to subside and within a few days she was able to go without the "biggest set of nappies (diapers to put that in American) she has ever seen" and as the infection disappeared, and the pain with it, she started to walk again with the aid of a walking frame.

Yesterday her son took her home 100 km away then back to the same hospital tomorrow. We hope her faith will be dissolved or at least transferred to that lesser deity, God.

Silver can kill 500 (or possibly more) pathogens. Google it! And be aware that God gave us the Silver in the first place.
Type 2 diabetes is reversible too (Google that) but the medics prefer to distribute their expensive, patented and virtually useless, side effect-inducing, drugs to their permanently frightened customers.

See why I say, and say again, "just do it!"?
Determination and all the best to you. Hope you get well.

Bushymonster - If infection is the main problem try Colloidal Silver. There is a cream which can be applied to the skin (that's 'topical'). Rub it in or simply spread it on all the infected area. The other form is a spray - little squirt bottle - and it can be used both topically, even ON THE WOUND - or taken orally. So you could spray the infected area and then, when it's dry, apply cream and also take a squirt in the mouth. There's really only the taste of water. And cheap!
If the medics jump up and down, or even just up, remember that there are no side effects and is not incompatible with any of the patented and costly and very often ineffective drugs that will be tried out on you. It is a particularly effective anti-inflamatory that has been used and proved for centuries. Though you may be told that it won't work because it hasn't been 'tested' keep it in mind that the drug companies will not put their time or anything else into research that will not result in a patentable and hugely profitable product.
You can make colloidal silver at home!
You may find the infection quits spreading within a day and the necessity for the reasonably accurate knife-throwers to practise on you at your expense and consternation will disappear more quickly than you could imagine. But do it now before the pain is so extreme that you'll be begging to have the leg removed at the waist.
The possibilities I've outlined above happened to both me and my sister within the last two months so I know. And 60 is only a disappearing memory for us both.
Don't rely on the prayers and the "hope you're better soon"s. Just do it. Our well-being depends on each of us. Not those who need and want sick people for their incomes.
Again - and again - just DO IT. We want you here with us.

"it makes you wonder how many cures they are sitting on..."
Cures? You must be joking. Better business to have a whole bunch of people just well enough to make it to your clinic unaided. Wish my customers would come to me like that! And desperate to buy.

Beware of statins. Do some serious research on them, the purposes of cholesterol (low and high density lipids) and the same for all the other prescription drugs you're on. There are some SERIOUS surprises coming your way if you're diligent and persistent. The info's all on the net but you have to decide whose opinions you believe.

Bear in mind the medics are in business and they do better when people are sick. Particularly if they're chronically sick but still well enough to make their own way to the clinic. I wouldn't mind having repeat customers who couldn't afford to do without my services!

In June 2012 I had a quadruple bypass and both carotid arteries opened, cleaned out and wrapped in bovine tissue. I've got a bit of a clue as to what I'm on about. I was put on 4 life-long drugs which I took until I stopped them all completely last November, 2014, as the result of the kind of research I urge you to do. If you find it's too long and hard a slog, as I did in 2010-2012, let me know and I'll nudge you into channels I discovered. Use the personal message route if you like.

The biggest thing I've found out is that we're up against unbelievably powerful influences in Big Business and the only way out from under their control is to talk to each other, pass on information and make our own informed decisions. You're going through nothing that I haven't been through and I'm in if you wish. Just let me know.
