Amen to that! On the other hand, (not referring to your daughter), since the advent of cell phones everyone thinks they're a photographer. Cell phones can do a great job, but in the hands of most they do not.
Amen to that. I subscribed and downloaded Lightroom and Photoshop 3 times. Lightroom never did work right. Everytime I selected the Develop Module, the program locked up and I had to shut down my computer to get going again. I cancelled my subscription and they charge me $58.00 because I "broke my contract." Have had Lightroom since version 3, but won't buy any more. I too am thinking seriously of ON1. My only concern is getting my images from Lightroom catalog to ON1 catalog.
I use a white bed sheet. It's large enough for most anything, attaches easily to the wall, and if you iron out the wrinkles it works great. Use exposure composition of +1.3 to be sure the background stays white and not neutral grey.
I have been using Auto ISO for a while now, along with the burst (continuous) mode. I get many great images that I was missing before.

Epson's support of their products is terrible. I switched to Canon when my last Epson died because the nozzles plugged up and they wanted more to fix it than I paid for my new Canon printer.
I'm glad some are having good results from Ink Farm. I have not had the same. Their ink plugged up my nozzles so bad that I had to end up buying a new printer. Just sayin'.
Have used extra fine steel wool and d-cell battery to start a fire many times while camping. Works great when you run out of matches.
