The first one is what the camera converted and the second one is from the raw file that I produced. For me I would rather do the editing as apposed to what the camera did, however I have upgraded jpegs to look pretty awesome in my eye's pallet.

It depends on what you are shooting. A lot of the time I will just look at it as the rule of 3.
