Here is an excellent legal opinion from a Syracuse Law professor outlining how strange a case Bragg has compiled. Personally, I think the strategy is to get Trump into a court and hope an anti-Trump jury is too dumb to follow the complexity of the charges.

I like this. I understand that you're including the chucks and the mask to personalize and date the image. That said, I think seeing some classical figure studies from you would be interesting as well. Unless that is that you need to keep on the sneaks so you can make a quick get away, LOL. It sounds like you're shooting in a somewhat public space.

What kind of boat is that?

The mast configuration says ketch, likely in the 45 to 50 foot range.

This is a fun capture. I would have guessed Tri-X because of the grain, or is the grain just a result of the reduction in size of the displayed image? BTW. are these scanned prints or scanned negatives? It would interesting to see what the new AI driven de-noise filters do with an image like this.

Very nice image, beautifully exposed. Self-developed B&W nudes bring back a lot of fun memories for me from the 80s and 90s.

Asleep at the defense table, Donald Trump misses part of his trial. He nodded off and his head dropped to his chest. His lawyers had to rouse him to gain his attention.

You've never fallen asleep in a meeting when someone is droning on and on and not addressing you directly?

You are wrong on all accounts. All the data says so.

I refrain from calling people stupid. But you sure resemble that remark.

I read both articles, I don't see any hard data in either of them. Just writing something down, doesn't make it so. Call me when New York gets an elector back.

I agree, over exposed.

Central North Carolina here. I think we were in the 80% coverage range. I would never use a good camera to try and capture an eclipse. I shot this with my cell phone inside my welding helmet. I pinched in quite a bit so the resolution is pretty poor.

You're full of it.

Migration is still mostly being done by baby boomers not interested in abortion for themselves.

Migration is still mostly in and out of CA, FL, MI, TX, IL. Reasons are taxes, climate, crime, and job opportunities which is what they've always been.

I moved to TN despite the politics. Many other Illinoisans won't because of the politics. How do you capture those sentiments in the numbers? But the blue to red might change TN, TX and VA to purple. It's happening here!

And you're even more stupid. Read the OP's post and then read my response.

The real question is, "Why are you so clueless?"

You're truly not smart enough to get the point I was making. Wealthy woman aren't going to move out of red states just so they can be in a state where abortion services are easier to find. I was attacking the idiotic premise of the OP.

Why? Are fertile women of means in the habit of using abortion as birth control? And are they so enamored with the process that they'd relocate to more easily avail themselves of the service? There's a migration going on and we all know it's blue to red.

Not exactly at the roof anymore - you're using old news to stir up new "the sky is falling" rhetoric.

Inflation is coming down at about the same trajectory as it went up. Energy and food are still the most volatile. Still too high, but I'm hopeful when seeing it trending down as it is. Not fast enough, but there is a fine line between soft landing and recession for this post covid economy. Yes, it is Bidenomics!

The rate of inflation is coming down. Prices have not and many of the price hikes far outstripped the reported inflation numbers. For example, the bread I used to buy went from $2.69 to $4.89 a loaf.

The courts are going nuts.

This seems like a valid point, but it's really an apples and oranges thing.

Arizona applied a pre-state (territorial) law to an issue that the Supreme Court turned back to a state's law issue. The territorial law happened to be the only law on the books so it stood. The law will be rectified either by the legislature or a ballot initiative. The democratic governor of Arizona wanted this to happen for political reasons.

Colorado tried to interfere at a state level, with a federal election and the supreme court decision against that absurdity was 9-0.
