Printer still green..

Canon TR8520 is still printing green after all the suggestions. 3 deep cleans, changed all inks, downloaded drivers, cleaned rollers and still green. I think it is time for a new printer. I seem to be running out of options and hints. Need more suggestions.

The problem is in the printer. I copied a black-and-white picture just using the printer and it had a green tint. So the printer is the problem. I will use your suggestions and search for printer problems on the net.. Thanks

Help with a ongoing problem

After I prepare a photo for printing and it looks good, I send it to the printer (Canon Pixma). Everything comes out with a green cast and I have to work on the print to reduce it. Even black-and-white photos come out like this. The auto-fix is off on the printer. It is terrible to have an image in Photoshop just the way you want and have it destroyed
from the printer. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated. I have use up a lot of ink and paper trying to correct the problem.

When you get such a negative response to a change like this, as an administrator you should try to mitigate. Find a compromise. Don’t just insult you readers.

The best compromise is to leave the original alone then there would be no complaints. Happy all around.
