It was a great day at Lake Michigan for those who love the waves. I photographed surfers and kiteboarders, and swimmers enjoying the lake earlier in the day. Then, at the last minute, I scrambled down to the water at sunset. While I took some beautiful photos of the lake, and sunset, etc.. getting my beloved lighthouse in some photos, it was this photo that really spoke to me. It needs a title and nothing "right" is coming to mind. Any ideas?

My guess would be "OLD FAITHFUL" and the "WHITE HOUSE" in the USA.
"EIFFEL TOWER" IN Paris France.

And what other store would offer such conveniences?

HEB is an acronym for...."Hurst, Euless, Bedford.." All three are small communities around the Dallas, Ft. Worth Texas area.

CoolPix P900.

I was at the river yesterday & I saw this prawn trawler (called a shrimp boat in the US) making its catch of river prawns. Downloading is recommended.

Great subject matter and nice images.
However, I think it would be better to allow the boats a little bit more room to maneuver. #4 looks like it's just about to float right out of the picture.
(just a friendly suggestion)

[ I have had many dealings with KEH!. But you must take into consideration that if they sell at reasonable prices. They have to buy at cheaper prices. That's just the nature of doing business.

Another thing I like about "KEH" is they always give you an honest appraisal, and describe the items they are selling, Accurately.

When I'm looking for used equipment ... KEH, is always the 1st place I check.

Why is looking cool so important? Personally. I would rather maybe a better photographer. And not look so cool."

In that case.....a wide angle lens. and go to automatic, on camera settings!
That's why this site. Is the best thing for a new photographer? Or for that matter, even a seasoned veteran, to learn about the camera, and how to use it. Remember......, we can't "take a picture" we simply borrow a moment in time!!

I think in this order.
1:A quality camera.
2:A Fast wide angle lens.
3 A good understanding of light, and how to use it.
