Just wanting to pass on words that got me thinking there truly is more separating a snapshot from a good photograph and that as photographers we may want to create more than just recording a scene. If I've gotten a few to think about what we are doing when we press the shutter then I've accomplished what I intended to do with this posting. As to my friend, He has a gallery in Lake Tahoe and has traveled the world extensively. His name is Keoki Flagg and one of his latest ventures was documenting the travel of a paraplegic to the south pole of Antarctica. He stopped by my house on the way to Alaska on another assignment.
