I like the way the yellow bud pulls the eye around the photo up to the yellow in the top buds. Maybe you could just reduce the vibrancy of the yellow.
I agree with you cjc2! I have learned a lot about how to use my camera and have been taking photos I'm pleased with. I know I have a lot more to learn. I thought maybe lighting was a good step forward. Maybe not!
Thank you! Training is what I need.
Thank you for all the help and suggestions. I'm going to have to try with the least expensive route right now. I'll have to see after this first headshot if it's something I can possibly make money on.
I use a Canon 6D. I have an 85mm, 100mm and a 50mm all Canon but not the L series. I'm new to the full frame camera. I do have a tripod.
I have taken many portraits of my family without any lighting equipment. I've been asked to take a headshot. Does anyone have a recommendation for a beginner lighting kit. Thank you for your help!
I've obviously done something wrong! I need some guidance on where and how to upload photos.
Hi,
I've always taken a lot of photos of my four granddaughters. Recently they've gotten tired of it so I've resorted to macro images of flowers. I'll attach some of my granddaughters and one of my macros. I hope this is the right spot to upload them.
I've been taking photos for a long time but have only recently learned enough skills to feel very good about many of my photos. I recently moved up from a Canon crop frame to a full frame camera. I'm not totally comfortable with my Canon 6D yet. I have found this website to be very helpful!
