Ahhh, and then there's Millesgarten.
Forgot to say the Lumix is very good in low light.
If you're carrying diapers + you should look at something I have begun to use instead of my Nikons. A Panasonic Lumix Travel DMC ZS50 shoots raw + jpeg, has a 30 x zoom, viewfinder and a Leica lens. I often get shots I would never have gotten with a bigger rig. Right now it's cheap because the DMC ZS60 has been released, without the Leica lens. Costco now selling this ZS50 for $229. I've had mine over a year and it's been flawless.
I have personally printed 16x20 images from my D200. It's been awhile and I can't remember specifics but I rarely shoot above 400 ISO. The prints are good, minimal cropping.
Lumix DMC ZS50 sensor is 1/2.3 inch (6.2mm x 4.6mm). Nice and sharp Leica lens too.
The sensor on the Lumix DMC zs50 is 1/2.3 inch (6.2mm x 4.6mm). The Leica lens is nice and sharp.
Lumix DMC zs 50 is a great alternative though older model. Costco selling them for $229. I like mine so much I bought a second one at this price in case my original crashes.
Try an INKX PRO with CISS. Have used their systems and inks on 5 + Epson printers for over 7 years with great success.
