Love it ! Really neat idea.
The person is the only aspect that jumps out as being added in to the image at first glance; as stated above a shadow would help to ground him into the image. Over all well done.
I love images that take a step beyond the norm. Very impressive and glad you were given the due recognition it deserves.
You mentioned that you used Topaz. If you would run this image through Topaz Clarity it would pretty much clear up the pixalation of the sky and other areas in the image. I like a little extra pop also.
I personally love this sort image. Please show more.
I use Topaz Precision Detail app. more than any of the other apps. or at least as much as a couple of others. I use the small detail slider almost exclusively and the small boost rarely. The large detail slider gives the image an almost posterized look that in general I do not care for. I believe Topaz will let you try it for a couple of weeks so you can tell if it is something you would actually want.
almost always but with auto ISO when photographing birds and grandchildren at play; be it sports or whatever.
Look on Ebay you will be surprized at what is available for only a small percentage of the retail prices.
Beautiful shot of my favorite bird. I am lucky as they nest around my pond and when all the hatchlings start flying mid to late summer it is quite spectacular; as they are everywhere around the pond for a week or two.
I use Affinity and Topaz Studio. Topaz is where I tend to do most of my initial processing.
The Blue Chevy is really neat. You took a ho hum image and gave it some real pizazz. Really like them all, looks like you are having fun. Can not wait to see what you come up with next.
I would comment on the image being cropped or uncropped as I prefer the uncropped version. The reason being the path on the left side of image, the fence rails and the logs of the barn wall all lead the eye back to the building behind the barn and then carry you into the sky and back around. Making for a very interesting composition.
