Hi UHH! I'm Meghan with PrestoPhoto and a forum member pointed us over here to help if we can. MyPublisher took us off guard too, so we're trying to do our best to fill in. An engineer has whipped up a special PDF processor for downloaded MyPublisher PDF's to convert full wrap covers and dust jacket end flaps.

We could really use help just by uploading some the MyPub Digital PDF files from the their website to ours, so we can see how our PDF processor handles all the different sizes and formats. My biggest piece of advice is to make sure you login to the *mypublisher website* and download digital PDF's of *all* your "My Projects" to your desktop. It's probable those will be inaccessible at some point down the road, and you might need a reprint. We don't have the large 15x11.5 nor lay flats but with enough cheers, maybe I can convince the production line for at least for the XXL size. ;-) I'd be happy to answer any other questions. Thanks!
