I'm glad you like them and they brought back memories of good times for you. The Fort has changed hands and now it's under the control of the State of Virginia. They have sold or rented out a lot of the buildings. Both the State police and Hampton Police have headquarters on the grounds. It has to be one of the safest places to visit in Virginia.
Most of the pictures are my first attempts at HDR.
