I have that software and do use it to convert to Tiff. It just seems easier to convert to DNg files. Photoshop recognizes them /. This way all the Photos I have are in the same format no matter what camera I own or will own. They can also be all changed to tiff using the camera software I use with my camera. The question Do I lose any quality or Photo Info when processing from DNG compared to Tiff.

Many thanks to all who have responded and will respond.

You seem to have answered your own question IMO. If it works best keep doing it... I agree that a Google search can give you more insight as far as quality goes, but I'm pretty sure there's not enough quality loss to make a difference in your final print... Especially since most places force us to convert to jpeg to print anyway.

I'm a substance abuse counselor and I see the effects of heroin use every day! the pharmaceutical companies charge the high price because there's more of a demand for this than ever before... Unfortunately the people I see cannot afford that. Most of them are on ACCHSS and Ihave no idea if it will be covered for them... Especially since methadone and Suboxone are far cheaper.

great shot! I don't get shots like that with my Tamzooka (Tamron 150mm-600mm). I have a d7000. I get good closer shots (especially sports), but the distance not as much as I would like... May be user error as well.

Hello... I've been shooting for almost 3 years now, and I love it! I particularly love shooting land/water/cloud scapes, sports, and am learning to shoot macro (since I finally got a macro lens). I hope to learn from all of you, and I will pass on any knowledge I have as well.
