I have a Desktop computer Intel i7-3770 CPU. Photoshop 2023 says my graphics card is not acceptable and that Camera Raw may soon no longer function for me. I have gone to the Adobe site and found two requirements. 2000 or greater ops/sec and DirectX 12. I can find DirectX 12 GPU's but haven't seen specs for the 2000 or greater ops/sec GPU's. Any suggestions for a good value GPS that will keep PS 2023 happy? Thanks.
Knowing the year, I looked back in my log books. I flew some people into Sky Harbor on February 27, 1980 and then down to Tucson. I remember that most of the bridges in PHX were unusable. It's interesting to see the pictures.
After spending years in canoes and kayaks, it nice to see water that looks like water.
No tail wheel on airplane because it didn't have brakes. The tail skid slowed it down.
I'm looking for suggestions for a processor, motherboard and graphics card to update an old desktop. Photoshop is the only use that need be considered . I have been using a laptop but I am now on dialysis and on a short leash. The portability of a laptop is no longer a plus. I built the Windows 7 machine my self but can't whip up the enthusiasm to do it again. I'm looking for some guidance for a local computer assembler. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
It's refreshing to see water that looks like water. Loved the the whole series.
Great to see water that looks like water.
Thanks for the more normal rendition. When I fist saw the long exposure images, I thought how unusual and clever. I never thought that it would become the the only way to show running water. I have spent a lifetime canoeing and kayaking on white water. It doesn't look at all like the long exposure images. Enough already. So thanks.
I would look at eBay. When I sold my 8x10 there was a lot of interest there. What are you using for film?
Loved the close-ups and text detailing the way it works. Thanks.
Consider LibreOffice. It's free and very powerful. It has been around through many generations and is useful and reliable.
It's a lovely shot. Have you thought of cropping to make a panorama?
Fixed focus cameras usually are set to the hyperfocal distance and not infinity.
8x10 film is expensive but I learned to use view cameras by loading the film holders with enlarging paper. Most are blue sensitive but Kodak made a Royal Pan that was panchromatic. Contact prints are surprising in their tonal quality. I had a shot of a brick building which film would not have been an improvement on. Blue sensitive is fine for male subjects but facial tones of women were unacceptable.
I believe that Ilford still makes some panchromatic enlarging papers.
