You can save your photo in Photoshop to a JPEG, which is the normal platform for photos. The Photoshop platform is strictly so that you can go back and manipulate the changes you have made and the layers you have added. Once you save it as JPEG, it flattens all of that and you don't have the chance to change existing manipulations.
