Took a 7 day Alaskan cruise last year and took almost 6000 picts. I had 4 32g cards and my laptop. I uploaded my picts every day just in case. I agree with everyone else. They're cheap. Dont skimp
I've had my 7200 since 2015. LOVE it. Fast, responsive. Takes great photos. Love the wifi and the double cardslot. So worth it!
Thank you for all of the input, both positive and negative. I think it's interesting that some of you insinuate that I (as an amateur) am taking photography jobs away from professionals. I have been shooting for a number of years, selling mostly to private clients, botanical gardens, doing promos for festivals, etc. This hotel job landed in my lap out of chance after donating photos for a silent auction at said hotel. The hotel owners saw my work and, being unhappy with the "professional" photos they paid a lot of money for, asked me if I would reshoot the photos.
I was just offered a freelance position to take photos at a large hotel chain and banquet center for their marketing department. No idea how much to charge. Anyone have experience in this?
I often shoot at the beach (especially in storms) or in winter. Not so bad without the raincoat, but with the raincoat almost impossible to grab.
How did you get started?I have one that would do well (I think)

Has anyone used BandIt's? After shooting in inclement weather thru a lens rain coat, I discovered I needed a bit better dexterity thru the coat. (I also have a lenscoat on it.) Not long after, this appeared in my inbox. Worth the $?

I like Pixel too. Appy (Aperature)
I have a 150-600mm, a gimbal, and a monopod. Love love love the gimball when I'm shooting birds or moving subjects. The monopod is a p.i.a. with the big lens. Get a gimbal
Love mine. Most of my work is done with my 18-300.

I kayak often and always bring my camera. If I think that I will be shooting wildlife, I'll bring my extra camera and 150-600mm. Otherwise, it'll be my 18-300. Also, well insured
A sleeve may work. Something to protect it from the elements a bit
Does anyone know if there is a LensCoat compatible with the Tamron 18-400mm, Canon mount? Doesn't look like they currently make one specific to that lens.
I was there last Sept. Very little "fall color" but gorgeous nonetheless
