After looking at all the pros and cons for Windows 10, I finally bought a refurb PC with Windows 7. After spending an hour or so figuring out how to load it (included a couple of misfires) it then spent the next 8 hours to load. Finally done and I start it. The very first thing I see is the time and date. The date is correct but the time is 1 hour off. The settings seem correct but EST is 1 hour off. I think it might be in DST but now off by 2 hours. To get the correct time I have to change to Atlantic Standard Time. So I guess I must be in Canada. This really gives me a lot of confidence using Windows 10 or maybe Microsoft is trying to tell me something about the upcoming election.
