I love stained glass. Imagine going to one of my favorite restaurants after some remodeling and finding these all in a row. There was also a very red one and a stunning pink one, but they were not on my cell phone...???

That's it! The tape didn't really add anything, and removing it has taken decades off of the impression of age I get from the image. And, truth be told, while I am a big fan of b&w for most anything old and weathered, I think I like your color treatment of this particular image better. I like the muted and almost transparent colors and that adds a lot to the impact. Really nice images!

Thank you so much. I really didn't do much to the color one except remove the tape. I might have used a little clarity, but I think it's pretty much the way it came out. Maybe it is the season - December in Ohio

I appreciate your input - a lot. It will help me in the future.

Wonderful and evocative subjects. I particularly like the different treatments you gave each image, but would love to see the bridge without the "crime scene tape!" I, too, share an appreciation for the things of days gone by... thanks for posting!

Thank you very much. the tape is actually a "caution" tape. I did think of taking it all off. Maybe I'll still do that and repost.

Neat set -Did you do anything to #6 (Bridge with plastic tape) It has a different "feel" than the others.

I turned it black and white. It was mostly because of the season, but not entirely. But the yellow tape of course...

What "feels"different? :)
