Hello girls, rob the gardener came again this morning and my front garden is looking something like.👍 I can see a border appearing .its so hot out there today. For once, the north east coast has something the southerners haven’t got today and that is, heat and sun….

While rob the man 🧍‍♂️ was here the window cleaners came.soallin one morning.🌅 he cleaned my porch facia for me. I have good people, even little-blossom,Cassie is surpassing herself. I don’t know how I’d manage without my friends. I’ve been waking up in the night worried sick about the bins and the buyer. It’s had me so low this weekend, I’m best on my own, sometimes I don’t come n here because fthings. BUT Andrew says to stop worrying about it and he will sort something out. So I feel a bit better. I found a 🍫 mint chocolate 🍫 aero on my counter. Stephen got it for me on Friday, but never said anything., I’m feeling better already.

Margaret just been up and has Her stupid head on. I can’t be doing with it. It’s so fussy. 😩 she didn’t stay long because I didn’t sort of encourage her too. If that sound awful, then so be it…she’s a very clever lady, and a retired teacher. 👩‍🏫 she knows lots about lots, I don’t mind a giggle 🤭 but she goes n like a fussy 😩 stupid person that makes me cross…..she’ll be different tomorrow. She probably feels the same about me.


I’ve just had a photo of Matthew’s girlfriend, in Rome, having lunch. Did I tell you, that when they boarded they were offered an upgrade, for free, to a cabin with a large window and a balcony. It looks beautiful. Hesemt me this photo of her and I’ve got to say, he’s got a pretty lady, I see how they are happy together. Lovely 🥰 to see them so happy.

Don’t worry about things like I do.you get nowhere worrying…..my very very old midwife, when I was in my early20’s used to say to e..Susan….you die if you worry and you die if you don’t.shes right, wish I could take that saying for me…..I’m sorry if some nights I’m not a lot to say but I do get a bit low, like us all, so,times. The family has been away this weekend on Salisbury Plains. Every early May bank holiday weekend the Army allows them onto the tank ranges if they have ex-military four-wheel drive vehicles. The Army tanks still practice but don't use firearms during the weekend. The kids all love it.
Unfortunately Merlin's Landrover decided to brake its crankshaft, so he was brought home yesterday by the RAC.
Alan has gone over to the workshop, where it was dropped off. His reaction to the news was "I've got a spare engine in the workshop" Of course he has!
I hope the others get their vehicles back OK today.

I’m so excited. I’ve actually got a gardener 👨‍🌾, a man who worked with Albert, who’s just retired. It’s going to be a heck of a job just to get me out of delapadated condition. That’s a weight off my mind. John and Margret had him so we asked if he’d do mine. A very nice man.

I’m finding it hard to type sometimes on here. I seem to be missing the keys more than ever I did. It was so cold this morning I put my heating on….stephen and sue sent a snap of them sitting in the hot tub with costumes on. Drinking Coca-Cola .they can’t be right in their heads. There’s got to be a link missing from them. He said it was 37degrees in tub….im glad I can’t get into it or I’d have been dragged in too. I’m so pleased about the gardener.👨‍🌾 I’ll be able to sit on the benches at the front again. I’ve never sat out there for over 7 years. First because of losing Albert.i couldn’t sit on it because it was his bench…sounds stupid but that’s the truth. Then the grass got too long and is up to the height of the benches seat.💺

I think I’ve got chat club tomorrow. And knitting in afternoon. I haven’t been out for 2 weeks come Wednesday, until Stephen came for me to go there for the weekend. I don’t think Wendy’s very well. I’ll go on Wednesday when I let the gardener in.

Stay calm girls, I love yawl. Stay safe too. Lisa and jinx take each day as it comes, illness and bereavement take some getting over. Here for you…..I’m feeling on the way up again.
