I invested in a travelalator : it is walker with brakes and a seat and a place under seat where I can put my two cameras I can use seat to sit and shoot using handels with the brakes set and rest my arms on the handle makes a steady support from I use a Nikon d300 with 70 200 2.8 lens not very light work great .
the travelalator is 28" wide and will hold a 500 lb person and has 8" wheels

I will be the balance as a week ago I deleted three programs that I spent money buying looking some program that might be better than LR & Ps and one just anounced an new version for to many $$$ .I have found that Adobe has all I will need . Plus their service is very good! well worth 10.00 per mo.

I downloaded the Mojave the first day I received the notice and as usual with Mac no problems . it seem to run faster and has some new stuff to learn . Mac user since 1980 .

I am seeing this basic question a number of times! I will describe my set up on a Mac Pro. The hd has the applications on it. Nothing is on ssd card. I have a 12T dble (2 6T drives) drive and I use 1 drive for my photo files the other for iTunes
I file year and date with a short description of file contents file also are NEF and JPEG for ea event I have a D300 set to raw and and jpeg my d4 has two cards one raw the other jpeg .
so my light room and Photo shop are on main HD drive . Photo files are on the 6T drive .at preset there 4t being used.
the load time is about 15 sec at best loading photo on import may take 45 sec for a 300 shot file .I have experience with apple aperture and light room since #4 to today and find these running times .
